The Journal has proposed that such an award be made at the next UFHRD Conference to be hosted by Nottingham Business School, 24-26 June. The Award will recognise submissions to the Conference which do most to bridge the gap between scholarship and practice in the field of HRD. Nominated submissions will be judged by a small panel drawn from Nottingham Business School and the Journal’s Editorial Board.
